Delivery Information
For orders below Rs.500 the charge for delivery is Rs.50.
For orders below Rs.1000 the charge for delivery is Rs.100.
For orders below Rs.5000 the charge for delivery is Rs.150.
Orders above Rs.5000 qualify for free delivery.
Due the high cost involved in shipping Home decor and furniture, COD is not Applicable on orders above Rs. 1000. COD Charges Rs 50.
Custom Order are not eligible for COD, irrespective of order value.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 2-4 working days and take 5 to 6 days for delivery once dispatched. Please be advised that during Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Festive Seasons, it may take slightly longer to receive your order. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
Due to the Ongoing Situation of COVID-19, deliveries are taking longer than usual. Your understanding and co-operation is requested.
Note: If a customer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery by the logistics company, he/she is liable to pay the logistics cost that is incurred in sending the shipment to their doorstep and bringing it back to us.

All Furniture and large products are made to order. Each Product has its specific delivery timeline mentioned in the product Description. Please feel free to contact us if any query is there regarding delivery of furniture.Returns
For products purchased on www.akkadbakkad.store, you have the right to cancel your order within 1 Day of placing it. Once an order is shipped, it does not qualify for cancellation.
You can apply for a return within 2 days after you receive the products. We offer a full refund if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. You must send the product back to us within 2 days of telling us that you wish to return the product. The refund will be completed within 7 to 8 working days.
To make a return, please go to the "Returns" link in the customer service column at the bottom of the website. If you encounter any issues, you can also contact us at contact@akkadbakkad.store with your name, address, phone number and order number. We will then assist you in completing the return process.
